TCS’s Digital Nerve Centre (DiNC) is a unique and innovative delivery model designed to connect, communicate, coordinate and deliver care by leveraging people, infrastructure and a robust digital platform. DiNC has opened new avenues of connect and real time communication at Cancer Institute (CI) - Chennai and Tata Medical Center (TMC) – Kolkata. These 2 premier Cancer Hospitals are also part of the National Cancer Grid. The North-East region via the State Cancer Institute, Guwahati (Assam), is also leveraging DiNC for enhanced reach and accessibility. DiNC works at all level of healthcare Tertiary, Secondary and Primary - leading to a well-connected and integrated healthcare system. At the Primary Care level, DiNC is currently operating in Kolar (Karnataka) and Kullu (Himachal Pradesh). These States have leveraged DiNC to facilitate Primary Healthcare Transformation for the identified districts where DiNC has helped augment key Primary Care programs and efforts.
With DiNC the care seekers are now able to access adequate care through the right healthcare centre at the right time which otherwise was a huge challenge for them.

Since inception, 3.11 Million Care Coordination services have been managed, 600 Health centers are connected
1.17 Lakh Virtual Care Services have been delivered and 3.09 Million citizens are on DiNC Platform.
