The program aims to enhance employability of engineers and support develop innovative projects. Program consists of Automobile design courses developed by TTL, soft skills courses, Scholarships for underprivileged Women Engineers, MSME innovative projects, Prayatna projects, aptitude development, & logical reasoning etc.

Program is spread across 32 Engineering Colleges in Solapur, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Dharwad and Bangalore clusters in the state of Maharashtra and Karnataka.

Over 300 job placements every year, over 200 innovative projects are developed with 5-6 start-up potential which are connected to incubation centres
