The aim of the project is threefold i.e. to increase groundwater levels, increase efficiency in water use and improve farmer income. Various activities like creating trenches, desilting old water structures, creating new farm ponds for storage and percolation, micro irrigation, crop diversification, water management, etc. are undertaken in the micro-watershed.
